Attention seafood lovers, this story is for you! 🦪

Crystal Richard, aka @eastcoast_mermaid , has spent every summer since 1984 on the shores of Southeast New Brunswick collecting fresh ocean snacks from the sea.

From fresh bar clams to quahaugs and razor clams — she loves New Brunswick seafood! Oysters have been a lifelong favourite of hers. Over the years, she wondered how oysters are grown, farmed and harvested off the very shores she grew up on.

So, she met up with @oyster_kev from Little Shemogue Oyster Company to hit the seas to explore an oyster farm and learn everything about New Brunswick oysters!
