Sip something truly delightful this weekend with a New Brunswick Wild Blueberry Mimosa! 🥂 Deliciously refreshing and tangy, it's the perfect way to add some wild blueberries to your weekend!

Recipe below. 👇

Ingredients:
Syrup:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries from NB

Mimosa:
- 1/2 oz wild blueberry simple syrup
- 3 oz lemonade
- 3 oz sparkling white wine
- Wild blueberries, for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water and simmer over medium heat until sugar has dissolved.
2. Reduce heat and add wild blueberries. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and let cool for 15 minutes. Strain into a jar and cool completely.
4. In a champagne flute, add 1/2 oz of wild blueberry syrup. Then fill half the flute with lemonade. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with wild blueberries. Repeat for the desired number of servings.

Looking for something to do this Saturday? Why not try out this delicious sweet and salty cookie recipe! These are the perfect cookies to make with ingredients made right here in New Brunswick. 🍪😋

See below for the full recipe details!

Sweet & Salty Cookies:

Ingredients:
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups Speerville Organic Stone Ground All Purpose Heritage Wheat Flour
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 ½ cups Covered Bridge Sea Salt potato chips

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine butter and brown sugar.
2. Add eggs, followed by vanilla extract, beating between steps until smooth.
3. Add baking soda and flour. Beat until smooth.
4. Roughly crush the potato chips. Add chocolate chips and crushed potato chips to the bowl and gently fold into the batter until evenly combined.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop cookie dough using a 2oz scoop onto the prepared baking sheet. Chill for 1 hour.
6. Preheat oven to 350 F.
7. Bake for 18 minutes, or until edges are browned. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
