Pasta dishes are a fun way to welcome comfort food season, and it’s simpler than you think! To really make it special, try making your pasta from scratch with Speerville Whole White Flour and a couple of local New Brunswick eggs! It’s local, it’s fresh, and it’s absolutely worth it.

As your pasta is drying, make a light sauce with fresh tomatoes, garlic, and herbs, straight from your garden or the nearest farm stand and then add your favourite local meat! It's that simple!

NB Proud Pasta Dough:
2 cups Speerville Whole White Flour
2 NB eggs
2–4 tbsp water
2 tbsp olive oil

Roll it out, cut it into strips, cook and taste the difference local makes. 💛
