 This hands-on session will be led by Julie Qiu and Patrick McMurray of the Oyster Master Guild, two of the world’s leading oyster educators. Together, they’ll guide participants through tasting, merroir, and the diversity of New Brunswick oysters—sharing tips on elevating oyster service and presentation.
